Holiday at the Arboretum - The Nutcracker Display

Description: Come see the stately DeGolyer Mansion and gardens decorated for the holidays.

Daily Activities include Holiday Tea, photos at the Candy Cane Cottage and Peppermint Patch, the Holiday Kid's Discovery Guide and more!

Weekend Activities include live holiday music, children's holiday crafts, photos with Santa, storytime with Mrs. Claus, meet Frosty & Rudolph and more!

Wonderland Wednesdays run December 3rd to the 17th from 11am to 1pm.  Special events scheduled just on Wednesdays!


Cost: Adults $8.00, Senior (65+) $7.00, Children 3-12, $5.00, Children 2 and under, Free. General Parking, $5.00.

Early closing dates include December 31 (6 p.m.)

Cost: $5 for adults; $3 for children ages 2 to 12 years; $3 for seniors 65 years and older.  Children under 2 are admitted free of charge.

The exhibit is built around the personal train collection of Dallas resident Ban Bywaters and includes more than 40 Lionel-type-O-Gauge trains.  Bywater's vintage trains now chug along 2,500 feet of track at NorthPark Center past American landmarks including the Golden Gate Bridge, Mount Rushmore, the Mississippi River, Dallas' Reunion Tower, a 20-foot high Statue of Liberty, Times Square, the White House and much more. 

This amazing, interactive exhibit in NorthPark Center is near the Boedeker Street entrance between Neiman Marcus and Barney's New York, Level Two. Valet parking available off the Boedeker entrance on Level Two. North Central Expressway at Northwest Highway.

The Trains at NorthPark (TM) is a captivating exhibit built exclusively for NorthPark Center.  Presented by Chase, 100% of the ticket proceeds benefit Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, a home-away-from-home for families of hospitalized children.
