Buggin' Around is a group for all parents who want to be active with their young children while building lasting friendships. We are a very laid back group, we come in all ages, shapes, sizes, colors, religions and backgrounds and welcome the diversity! If you haven’t found a group comfortable enough for you to call "home", this just might be the group for you!
Allen-Frisco-Plano Autism Spectrum Parent Group
At Home Dads of Greater Dallas
A group dedicated to all of the families in the Dallas area stepping out on the edge of parenting. From Dallas to Frisco; from Rowlett to Carrolton, and everywhere in between. The At Home Dads of Greater Dallas has 4- 5 different playgroups a week. They are set to accommodate almost every possible nap or preschool schedule. Each day has an assigned coordinator responsible for hosting the play group in their home or at another location. Locations have included zoos, parks, restaurant playlands, homes, backyards, and malls. You can attend one or all of the play groups. All of the dads and their children are invited to participate.
Collin County Homeschool Playgroup
Playgroup for homeschoolers in the northern suburbs of Dallas. The majority of our members are in Plano, Wylie, Frisco, and Richardson. All are welcome regardless of homeschooling style, religion, etc. We offer weekly park days, a Mother's Night Out, member-organized field trips, and online support on topics including homeschooling, parenting, and life in general. The main goal of our group is getting to know other homeschoolers in the area, having fun, and making friends.

MOMS Club of Plano North Central, TX is a non-profit organization for at-home mothers. It offers programs such as organized weekly playgroups, monthly mom-and-kid activities, babysitting co-op, community projects, craft day, walk club, scrapbook club, Moms' Night Out and more. Children are welcome at all activities. Annual fee of $25. Educational speaker at every meeting. Free babysitting and snack for kids.

Mothers and Others
A non-profit group of primarily stay-at-home moms organized to provide an informative, supportive and social outlet for women. Our organization offers playgroups, socials, supper clubs, Bunko, Keno, mom and kid outings, couples night out, moms night out, parents night out, family fun nights and more. Mothers and Others members also have the ability to participate in organized community service projects as well as donations of items in order to support those in need. Our dues are $25 for the year and babysitting is offered during monthly meetings for a nominal fee. Everyone is welcome, please come and join us.
Network of Enterprising Women (NEW)
Description: NEW is a volunteer support networking group of multi-faceted women who are mothers and independent businesswomen. NEW is dedicated to supporting the business endeavors of women who are also Mothers primarily through networking, idea exchange, cross promotion and co-marketing opportunities. NEW offers exclusivity in that only one individual may represent a particular industry within the group. Newcomer Friends of Greater Plano
A group of warm, caring women offering social activities, friendship and fun to women who are new to the area and others who want to make new friends. The group was established in May 2001and currently has 208 members.
We welcome all women in Plano and surrounding communities including The Colony, Frisco, Allen, Richardson and other Dallas suburbs.
North Dallas Mothers of Twins Club
We are a non-profit group that offers a variety of support for mothers of twins, triplets and higher order multiples. Activities include playdates, monthly meetings with informative speakers, resources for new moms, New Mom's Forum, various social events, community outreach programs and semi-annual consignment sale with around 20,000 children's items.

PAMOM is a support group made up of proud parents of multiple-birth
children from all over the Northern Dallas area including Plano,
Richardson, Garland, Allen, McKinney, and Frisco. PAMOM strives to
enhance knowledge and understanding of multiples through an exchange of

Practical Parent Education is a non-profit organization based in Plano, Texas dedicated to helping parents do their job better. Parent education classes are offered during the school year in schools, churches, and businesses throughout Collin County. Please visit our website for specific dates, times and locations. Please come by our . Annual membership fees ($10 book privileges; $15 includes toy privileges) give patrons access to over 3000 books, audio cassettes and videos available for check-out. Developmental toys, for children ranging in age from infancy to early elementary school, are also available.
