This Week's Local Business Review

 

The Wiggles Concert

Location: Verizon Theatre, Grand Prairie (Formerly Nokia Theatre)

 ....Fun for all ages!!

We were so fortunate to win tickets to the Wiggles concert from AroundTownKids, and it was so much more than I expected.  Our girls are 3 1/2 and 18 months and they both loved the concert.  There are not very many places we can take our 18 month old these days, but the Wiggles concert was perfect. 

She wiggled, danced, and did her own version of singing.  It did get a little long for her, but my husband took her in the lobby and she ran around with all the other 18 month olds and their dads.  My 3 1/2 year old sang and danced to all the songs.  They even did some traditional songs like "Mary had a Little Lamb" and "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" which was fun too.  The Wiggles are very interactive with the audience which is so much fun for the kids.

If you have ever seen the Wiggles in the past, you know that Dorothy and
Wags the Dog come through the aisles and pick up roses and bones that the
kids bring.  They no longer do this, so don't worry about having to bring those things to the concert.  You can just bring yourself, your kids, and get ready to Wiggle!!

Sadly, Greg no longer performs, but his replacement, Sam, is excellent too!
