Self-Guided Tours give fans access to the most popular areas of Cowboys Stadium, and are available on days when the football field is down. You'll start your Self-Guided tour in the Cowboys Stadium Pro Shop. Self-guided tours give you access to the field, the Cowboys and Cheerleaders locker room, the Miller Lite Club and the post-game interview room. Our knowledgeable Tour Guides are stationed in each area to provide you with information and answer your questions about the stadium. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Group tours must be booked at least one week in advance.
